He completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Sociology at the prestigious University of Dhaka, where he developed a keen interest in understanding societal dynamics and community development.During his third year of study, Alal embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by founding Semtech Engineering & Construction in 2013. Despite the challenges and responsibilities of academia, he exhibited remarkable dedication and leadership in managing his burgeoning business.

Under his guidance, Semtech swiftly established itself as a reputable company in the construction sector, specializing in government projects, interior decoration, and product supply in various government organs. Alal’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction earned the trust of stakeholders and solidified the company’s position in the market.

In 2017, Alal expanded his entrepreneurial ventures by forming Sinovista Bangladesh Limited, a company with similar operations to Semtech Engineering & Construction. With his astute business acumen and foresight, Alal diversified his portfolio and capitalized on emerging opportunities in the construction sector.
